What is Ju-Jitsu? - An ancient practice from japan of blocks, strikes, locks, chokes, throws and take downs. Over the years, jujitsu has been developed to suit modern society as an effective self defence martial art.

What are the benefits? - Aside from the obvious benefit of self defence development, a student can expect to gain confidence, flexibility, increased fitness and muscle tone, and an overall sense of well-being.

Who can do jujitsu? - Children from 5 years old, adults both male and female of all ages. We are proud to have students from 5-50 years old train with us. Students travel locally from Maghera area, and further a field from areas and towns such as Draperstown, Gulladuff, Swatragh, Dungiven, Upperlands, Kilrea, Tobermore, Knockloughrim and Portglenone among others.
